The weeklong vacation has indeed come to a pleasant end and its back to school tomorrow. After mentioning about my future career prospects and of my habitual dreams on being a policeman, it occurred to me on how I am planning it out for the dream to turn true.
To be more precise, after completing my ‘O’ levels next year, my next stop to resume studies, is ideally at a polytechnic. Temasek polytechnic offers a course in diploma in police studies and I’ve been currently doing some research in getting more information on that particular course. Temasek polytechnic offers tons of courses and at most of the time, I’m lost for choices. Unfortunately, it’s a part-time course and I’m at a situation where I might have to choose another relevant course, which is offered as a full-time studies.
Thereafter completing my diploma studies at a local polytechnic, I might consider to either enter NS or further my studies to complete my degree programme either in one of our local universities or proceed to Australia to get my bachelor’s. This study plan I have created for myself is just a plan A and I’ve got to work on a contingency plan which I might have to work on if my plan A has hitches and flops badly.
Hopefully, I get to have good grades for the upcoming O levels next year as it is the gate opener for all of my future plans to work out as smoothly as possible.

My career - my dream
Sirens are blasting loudly. The wild chase after a bank robber who is driving down the expressway at high speed with a crazy grin on his face is thwarted by an incoming car and out runs a man shouting at the robber to hold his hands up in the air. . Adrenaline rushing and blood pumping high, the man alerts the robber to remain holding his hands up in the air meanwhile concentrating to alert someone over the walkie-talkie.
Well, this is the kind of action-packed lifestyle I used to dream each night, and still do. Me wearing the blue-suit uniform and excitedly conversing with my partner in hand on how to chase and arrest the criminal whose out there endangering people's lives. Yes. A policeman is what I always dream of as my aspiring career choice.
I do realize the fact that its not always an action packed choice of work, but the actual reason which prompted me to have a desire to become a policeman is the ability to offer my services to my country. Being tenacious and having a sharp mind which constantly requires my body to be healthy and fit and to be in a position where I can assist to discover the truth when a crime happens is the kind of career I can picture myself in.
I certainly foresee myself working under the criminal investigation department under the designation of a CID officer. Solving crimes and getting to educate myself on the con-current issues which revolves around our society will be the icing on the cake so as to speak.
Therefore, till the day where I get to accomplish my dream job, I have to keep working hard to excel in my studies to get the grades and thus, here comes the dreams of chasing after a man..solving mysteries etc.

A preview on: Vengadesh Rajendran
Hello to all my fellow bloggers. I'm a friendly, but outspoken guy, which sometimes puts me on the spot, love to sing and surf the net. Well not the type where am I'm really daring, so called the 'dare devil kind', just a typical teenager growing into a matured man. In my own free time,will be hanging out with my very close friends, and the next best thing in my life, my guitar. Yes I know it is weird to call an instrument your best friend, but why don't you try it? It speaks out your feeling through the smooth flowing music. A magical way to let your stress leave you and your mind. That does not determine that i am a loner and not having much friends to hang out with! I do have friends, each one potraying their best versions of themselves. My likes, a friend who sticks to a promise made, playing pool, spicy food, learning to type fast on hand phones as well as in the computer, collecting shades, going to IKEA and trying out how comfortable the beds are, and just so much more interesting stuff to say but i am sure to assure you that one day just isn't enough to mention them all!.
My dislikes, here comes the very important thing to note, so as to get to know me in a more personal level, all liars, dusty places, uninvited guests popping by my house without informing, obstinate people who commits a mistake when they knows it is wrong, talking back against parents, venting anger on someone else instead of talking out with the real person, and more on all those character points. Coming to my daily home activities, well, truthfully speaking, nothing much, after I wake up in the morning, I will be doing all my morning duties such as, bathing,praying,etc. Will set off to do something like just reading a book for a whole day or atleast do something which will keep me busy for the entire day probably.
Talking about my school life, is basically an entire new chapter which goes through my life each day, amazingly filled with new challenges and the best part is you know that you always have a bunch of people in the name of friends to rely on. My father used to say friends are angels who god have sent to protect us for the rest of our life, but not all turn out to be friends so when we say 'do you want to be my friend?" think twice whether they really are going to be there for you through thick and thin. That is how I choose my friends and never have i gone wrong so far in that.
